Coconut Cream Pie

I make the filling for the coconut cream pie the night before Thanksgiving. It needs to cool. So when it is done I put it in a bowl and lay plastic wrap right against the pudding, then it won't get the hard nasty stuff on the top.

  1. I think it would be good to do this after the pudding is poured into the shells too. It wouldn't have the hard outside and you could put fresh whip cream on it. I wish I had of thought of this sooner.
